Anyone have songs they know like these?

As for the two I know of:

The Wildhearts "Bang!!" sounds like Enuff Z Nuff "Baby Loves You".

Mad Margritt "Cold Sweat" sounds like LA Guns "Never Enought".

Tuuli's Denial sounds a lot like Libertine's Next Life. But then, the two groups are friends. That might explain part of it.

My old favorite, Jagged Edge's 'Trouble' and Mr Big's 'Addicted To That Rush' is virtually note-for-note.

enuff z nuff did a song a ways back about the days of the week i beleive. can't remember what it was but then DAVID BOWIE of all people did his "tuesdays child" song after that and it sounded almost transparent to the original lyric wise. from what i understand Bowie admitted he may have accidently borrowed it from enuff z'nuff

i'm sorry but if i was in a band no matter how small my following was...having bowie say he may have "borrowed" from one of my songs...dude...i'd crap my drawers!

-glitternstarz @ his womans house (sorry sherri, i too am taken forums )

The list could go on and on. This question reminds me of a disagreement I had with my Literature professor. The question was: has all the poetry in the world been written? My answer: "yes" ,his answer,no.Ofcourse technically this isn't so but logically it is. Lets change the question. Have all the songs in the world already been written. YES!!! As long as there have been people to feel feelings and express them in one way or another, then the only thing that has changed is the order of the words, notes, melodies, etc. There is nothing "new" in anything I've ever seen written or heard musically. It's all just rejumbled around in some way or another and sooner or later someone will cry" Plaigerism" as if they actually had an original thought or song.
